Happy Father's Day
Today Ethan and Olivia had their last days at pre-school, summer is officially here in the Sullivan household. Olivia is going to go to summer camp starting next month and Ethan is signed up for a couple weeks of summer camp. There should be a lot less going from here to there and everywhere! I am looking forward to being a little bit less overscheduled over the summer.
We got together at the park yesterday with some of Ethan's friends from preschool. Here is Troy enjoying the swing.
On Father's Day, we went down to my brother's for a nice family dinner. Ethan and Olivia had a great time swimming, Troy on the other hand doesn't seem to be a big fan of swimming. The water was a bit cold, so we will have to try once again when the weather warms up. Here is a picture of Scott and the kids on Father's Day...
Troy is keeping us busy these days. This week he learned how to crawl forward and pull himself up to a stand. The days of leaving him safely in the middle of the room are now gone, he is currently trying to take out the vent from the floor!! Troy is also very chatty - his first word is "up". Today at Gymboree he was one of only babies saying "da da da" and various other combinations of sounds. Hopefully he will keep up the good work!
Nana and I went to Ethan's graduation ceremony last week. The pictures below are from the same. Ethan really enjoyed his time at Nottinghill. We now have to make some decisions about where he is going to go in September once I am back at work. We need to find something for him to do in the afternoons - having him at home all afternoon everyday is not going to work. He will drive someone crazy!!! He is generally pretty well behaved (with the exception of yesterday and today) but when he gets bored he can be a handful!!
